RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14-DAYS BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF AN ENGINE (HEAD OR BLOCK) DEFECT / TRANSMISSION DEFECT, WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING PAPERWORK EMAILED/FAXED TO US: A DETAILED DESCRIPTION ALONG WITH PICTURES OF THE DESCRIBED DEFECTIVE PART FROM A CERTIFIED (ASE) MECHANIC ONLY. A COPY OF THE MECHANIC’S CONTACT INFORMATION AS WELL AS A COPY OF THEIR (ASE CERTIFICATION). YOU MAY EITHER EMAIL THESE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OR FAX THEM TO 407-574-8696. PLEASE FOLLOW UP BY CALLING IN AND VERIFYING THAT WE RECEIVED YOUR DOCUMENTATION FOR YOUR CLAIM.
